Very well located. A transfer was arranged for us from Sabiha Gökçen International Airport and was seamless. A description and photo were sent to me of the pick-up point, which made it easy. Our room was spotlessly clean, decorated and a good size. A hospitality tray was provided for coffee and tea, together with complementary bottles of water. A kettle and a fridge were in the room. Floors are serviced by a lift. The bed was very comfortable. Two chairs, dressing table, a standard sized wardrobe, TV, a complementary safe were provided. Room was well heated, air-con unit was also in the room. Room was very quiet, no outside noises. The bathroom was well fitted and had a walk-in shower (I had requested a room with a walk-in shower) which was very good, with a rainfall and a hand-held head. Water pressure was excellent, and the water was hot. Complementary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were provided, alongside a shower cap, cosmetic items etc. The bath towels were soft and large, including the hand towels. These were changed daily. The fourth floor breakfast room gave you amazing views. The breakfast was fantastic. A choice of freshly cooked egg dishes, fried, scrambled or omelettes, or pancakes made to order. Breakfast buffet had a choice of cereals, dried fruits, Turkish breakfast (cold meats/cheeses/olives/salad/potato and vegetable salads/mixed salads/dressings), different breads/sliced for toast, preserves, pastries/cakes. A hot dish with boiled eggs/sausages/vegetable fritters. Fresh fruit . Fruit juices, water, milk, tea/coffee. Hot food was well cooked and nicely presented. Service was excellent and unobtrusive. The public areas were very clean/very well decorated. Comfortable seating in the reception area. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the T1 tram stop, for access to other parts of the city. I highly recommend this lovely, boutique hotel.

We clearly recommend this hotel, the staff and the owner of the Hagi hotel, a special person that you rarely meet, always close to the customers to help, with a positive attitude, he helped us to change the room to one on a higher level without any additional charge, he helped with a parking space in front of the hotel, a very sociable man like all the staff. Exemplary cleanliness, towels changed daily, the position of the hotel close to most important sights, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi and Grand Bazaar... and if all these things are not enough for some of you, serve breakfast on the terrace on the top floor and the view will leave you speechless... Congratulations to the administrators!

Excellently run hotel by Haci and his team. Location was great, just on a little side street away from the hustle and bustle. All the main attractions are very close by including the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Bazaar, etc. House keeping was done daily with fresh towels, and a top up on the water bottles and tea/coffee placed in your room. Breakfast was also lovely. You have a good variety of food including eggs, cereal, bread, and other little treats to get your morning started.

This is a small but very nice hotel located in a quiet area near the historical center of Istanbul. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with any questions, problems, or concerns. I liked their dining room, which had a beautiful view of the sea and the city, which went well with the delicious, free breakfast with relaxing music. They have assisted with an airport taxi booking that came on time.
